About Night Hawk, Inc. Night Hawk, Inc. is a family owned and operated business in Fairfield, OH (a suburb of Cincinnati, OH). Night Hawk, Inc. is owned by William and Frances Dixon who founded the company in 1986. William Dixon was President and ran the business until 1998 when his grandson, William Aichholz, took over the day to day operations of Night Hawk, Inc.. Night Hawk, Inc. operates semi tractors with flatbed trailers in Ohio and the surrounding states. These states include Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Kentucky, with limited service in Tennessee, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Night Hawk’s fleet is primarily company owned with a small percentage of owner-operators. Our terminal is situated on a four-acre lot, which houses our main office, our maintenance facility and parking for our fleet.
